Naval and Maritime Academy (NMA) plays the most prominent role by imparting professional training for both Officers and Senior / Junior ratings in Sri Lanka Navy (SLN). The Academy is situated within the picturesque Naval Dockyard, Trincomalee. Trincomalee is considered as one of the best natural harbours in the world with rich history of maritime affiliation. This was an amazing training program that i faced.it was on trincomalee we did nice group activities to build our Team working skills. We spent two days in that naval base. They supplied us in advanced accommodations, foods and beverages us. Also they had arranged us good programs to enhance our leadership qualities.
